AFTER NAME APPROVAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION (COI)

  • Electricity Bill or MTNL Bill + NOC form land load for doing business. (if own premise)
  • Electricity Bill or MTNL Bill + Rent Agreement + NOC form land load (if Rented)
  • Bank Statement/ Mobile Bill/ Telephone Bill/ Electricity Bill of the Director & Nominee.
