  • Electricity Bill or MTNL Bill + Rent Agreement and NOC form landlord (if Rented) /Only NOC form landlord (if owned premise)/
  • Bank Statement/ Mobile Bill/ Telephone Bill/ Electricity Bill of all Directors.
  • Address Proof any one of the following :
  1. Driving License.
  2. Voter ID.
  3. Aadhar UID.
  4. Passport.
  5. Bank Pass Book with photo attested by bank.
  6. Landline Bill.
